At just 400mm wide, the natural gas Blue Seal FastFri FF18 fryer is a great option for demanding kitchens with limited space. With powerful multi-jet target burners, you get rapid heat up, rapid recovery times and an impressive output of up to 25kg chips every hour.
The single tank, twin basket design provides plenty of cooking capacity, allowing you to cook multiple batches all in the same oil. The design also makes it easy to fill and drain too.
Cleaning is also simplified – strong stainless steel construction throughout makes the whole fryer easy to maintain and incredibly strong. Whether you’re cooking up delicious fish, chips, chicken or doughnuts, the FastFri FF18 gives you the reliability, capacity and performance you need.
