Description
The 600mm Blue Seal Evolution UKE66 twin electric fryer is a high output, efficient and modular professional fryer, specifically designed for everyday commercial use.
With its impressive power and generous capacity, the Blue Seal fryer can cook up to 40kg of frozen fries every hour, perfect for keeping queues down. Two separate frying tanks give you the flexibility to cook to order, whilst the lift-up elements and removable batter plates make the fryer easy to clean and maintain.
Improvements in efficiency help to reduce overall running costs, and thanks to the highly accurate electronic thermostat, precise temperatures are maintained for exceptional frying performance.
