Description
If you’re using a colour-coded setup in your kitchen, this anti-allergic kit from Araven will fit right in. The purple design makes it instantly identifiable for use with allergenic ingredients, helping to protect your customers from food allergens and reduce the risk of accidental cross contamination during food prep.
The kit includes a 30-litre food storage box with safety clip lid, as well as a durable purple-cornered chopping board and a 350ml sauce bottle. The large container can be used to store or transport your allergenic foods safely, while the cutting board is made from high density polyethylene (HDPE) and features a reversible design. The bottle features a purple colour-coded continuous line nozzle and stopper, so you know it’s holding sauces containing allergens.
