  • Designed to fit inside the 1/1 size gastronorm
  • Allows air to circulate on all sides of the pan
  • Sturdy and durable

*Gastronorm dimensioning indicates the size of the GN containers and is used globally indicating the outer dimension of the containers used in professional kitchens. The basic measure called GN-1/1 is 530 x 325 mm.

All pan/tray sizes are measured in relation to this basic measure.
