Simple, powerful and effective, the Buffalo large induction stock pot is a heavy duty cooking solution for busy professional kitchens. With an impressive 8kW of induction cooking power, the hob provides immense capacity to boil and fry larger quantities, and features an extra large cooking surface suitable for pots and pans up to 559mm in diameter.

Operation couldn’t be easier – just set the temperature using the simple front-mounted dial control and the hob delivers energy-efficient, flame-free induction cooking, so there’s less heat expelled into the kitchen leading to a much more comfortable working environment. The hob includes pan detection technology, reducing wear and tear on the hob, as well as running costs when there’s no pan in place. And thanks to the strong stainless steel and ceramic glass construction throughout, the whole unit is easy to clean when required.
