Made from robust cast iron, renowned for its ability to keep heat at an even temperature, this grill press can be used on a grill, stovetop or BBQ. And thanks to its heavy-duty iron material, it will flatten your meat for even cooking, stop sides from curling and create the perfect sear.
The press features a contrasting wooden handle that will remain cool whilst cooking, ensuring safe use. To keep this meat press in pristine condition, season it before first use and occasionally thereafter. Handwash only and do not immerse the wooden handle in water for long periods of time.
