With its incredibly high heat resistance and refractory qualities, the heat is kept in the oven for longer, ensuring higher temperatures and faster cooking with better results. The design is so perfected, you can achieve cooking temperature in just 30 minutes – a great way to cook up to three 12″ pizzas at a time.
