Containing no added sugar or preservatives, the raspberries are freeze-dried to preserve their nutrients, taste and colour. As well as desserts, these freeze-dried strawberries make an excellent cocktail garnish for alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks. They also are a great addition to morning porridges, oats or smoothies and yoghurts.
