The De Buyer Mineral B steel blinis pan is perfectly designed for everyday cooking of Blinis. Made for high temperatures, the pan delivers fast, even cooking, helping to improve results and reduce food waste.
Designed and manufactured in France from high quality carbon steel, the pan features a strong riveted handle and is oven safe for up to 10mins at 200°C. Suitable for all heat sources including induction.
